1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Roostix mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Roostix ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent developer operating the Roostix service.

2. Description of Service

Roostix is a football culture quiz application available on iOS and Android. The App provides multiple-choice questions on football history, players, clubs, and competitions. The current version offers a Practice Mode with no time limits or penalties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Roostix, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you are required to create an account using your phone number. Authentication is handled via a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid phone number and maintaining access to it
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to questions, text, graphics, logos, and the Roostix mascot, is the property of Roostix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.

7. Pricing & Features

Core features of Roostix are currently available free of charge. The App does not display advertisements. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features or in-app purchases in the future. Any such additions will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and will not affect the availability of existing free features without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any quiz content is complete, accurate, or up to date
• Defects in the App will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roostix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by SMS. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, by a competent court of jurisdiction.
